It is the season for prom. As the mother of a daughter who would love to find a nice dress for a fraction the cost of new, now is the time to take any old formals to Goodwill or resale shops! Demand is high for the new few weeks, so think about it. Even some bridesmaid gowns from the 80's could be back in style now...minus any shoulder pads.
I am putting a dress of my daughter's in the give away bin today.
I think some of the "simplifying" habit is working. I discovered no room in a bathroom closet for toilet paper - so I took the time to clean out space for it instead of leaving the opened package on the bathroom floor. Yay for me. :) Got rid of a cardboard box and a dust pan that had been missing the broom for about 2 years!!
