We all have a soft spot for some type of object, thus collections. (Beanie Babies, Precious Moments figurines, teddy bears) How many of those objects should we keep? It's something we have to wrestle with. I like interesting boxes. While they can be practical and store smaller items, too many is truly a problem.
I am getting rid of several today.
I am actually willing to sell my collection of McDonald's Happy Meal Barbies. I loved collecting it at the time and I was excited about doing something with them, but I never did do anything with them. Didn't display them, didn't even take them out of the boxes. So now they are going to go on ebay. I will let you know how that goes. I looked on completed auctions and they aren't going for much, maybe I will decide it is not worth it. Give me time.
