During my forage through the attic, I came across some of my children's art from elementary school I'd saved. I pulled it all out and looked through it. My son and I laughed at a self portrait he did, trying to decide if the object above his head was a bird or a plane.
What to do with cute things like that? Here are some options: Take a photo of the artwork before discarding, frame some to put up in the house, keep only key selections, or just enjoy one last look and realize those are the past and we are making new memories now.
Another art option is to scan your favorite pieces and store them on your computer! :)
ReplyDeleteI had a yard sale yesterday and added 15 more items to the yard sale box before it started. Everything was either sold or went to Goodwill!
