Day 315: More Electronics
As quickly as electronics update, a family can accumulate a "junkyard" of old games, CD-Roms, game systems, etc. Periodically clear out unused or outdated electronic gear. Some people love the "classics," so giving them to a Goodwill is a good alternative to throwing them away.

jamckeen is back! Yea! Be sure to see her comment on day 314 about the number of items she has decluttered. We are considering a get together at the end of our year of simplifying. Maybe early January?? We can meet each other and discuss our funny stories, successes, and spur one another on to continue in our quest to simplify!
ReplyDeleteOn Thursday I threw away the catalog I took from a Craft Fair about a new, cool product. If I decide I want the product, I'll look it up online. Also trashed a stack of game cards from Bloom - I was supposed to enter the numbers online and never did it. The game is over and all the winners announced. Obviously, my name wasn't on the list since I never entered the numbers! I really need to think about keeping things for contests. Maybe give myself a 3 day time period and if I haven't entered the contest - pitch them. Those game cards were cluttering my desk for 3 months! 3 items total gone on Thursday!
